This article will guide you through how to change your account password in Chaterm. Regularly updating your password is an important step in maintaining account security.

Steps

Click the User icon in the left menu to access your profile.

On your profile, find and click the "Reset Password" button.

Enter your new password in the password field.

Click the "Confirm" button to complete the password change.

CAUTION

Tips: Passwords must be at least 8 characters long. We recommend using a combination of letters, numbers, and special characters for increased security. Do not use passwords you have used before.
